Kinderopvang Mathil - De Vuursteen Peutergroep

Welcome to Kinderopvang Mathil – De Vuursteen Peutergroep, located in the heart of Dalfsen at Nieuwe Uitleg 2. Since January 2022 we have partnered with primary school De Vuursteen to offer toddlers from 2.5 years a safe, familiar place to play, discover and grow. Every Tuesday and Friday morning from 8.30 am to 12.15 pm we welcome up to 16 children to explore and learn together with a dedicated teacher. Our toddler group is part of Kinderopvang Mathil, a Christian organization that has been supporting parents and children for over 125 years. From this same Christian identity we want to be there for your child. With us everything revolves around discovery: discovering is our game! We provide a continuous line with the education at De Vuursteen, ensuring a smooth transition to primary school later on. We offer toddler sports, make music together, move to music, listen to Bible stories and of course play extensively on the beautiful, green schoolyard. The natural environment invites outdoor play and natural learning. Our pedagogical staff are ready to see, hear and guide every child in his or her development. We offer a calm, clear group where every child has the space to be themselves. We work according to a fixed structure, so children know what to expect and feel safe. At the same time we remain flexible and follow the interests of the children. We believe that children of this age learn most by playing and exploring. Therefore we provide plenty of room for free play, but also for focused activities that connect with the world of experience of toddlers.
