Kinderopvang Lieve Kids

Welcome to BSO Kinderopvang Lieve Kids, located at Wouwermanstraat 89 in The Hague. We are a small-scale after-school care facility that welcomes up to thirteen children each day, offering a familiar place to play, discover and unwind after school. Our team of qualified pedagogical staff receives children from Monday to Thursday between 14:30 and 19:00, and on Wednesday and Friday already from 12:00. We also provide before-school care on weekdays from 07:00 to 08:30, and weekend care can be arranged on request. Our activity programme is varied and tailored to the children’s interests. We enjoy arts and crafts, draw and paint, play enthusiastic football or basketball outside, and explore science, nature and technology. A diverse selection of books awaits in our reading corner, and construction toys such as LEGO and DUPLO challenge problem-solving skills. Children also learn healthy food preparation without heat: they create their own fruit salads, yoghurt with granola or raw energy bars, discovering that healthy can be delicious. Seasonal and holiday-themed projects complete the offer. Safety and personal attention are paramount. The premises feature secure entry, all staff are first-aid trained and strict collection protocols are in place. We celebrate diversity and every child is welcome, regardless of background or developmental level. Together with parents, we aim to create a warm community where children feel safe, seen and valued, enabling each child to grow in their own unique way.
