Kinderopvang Lappelein

Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Lappelein, located at Commandeurstraat 17 in the heart of Heerenveen. Since 1 January 2025 we have become part of Kids First Kinderopvang, giving our small-scale, home-like daycare a new and stable future. We provide daycare for children from 12 weeks up to 4 years in one vertical group, where babies, toddlers and preschoolers play and learn together. Our approach is child-centred: we work in a cosy, family atmosphere with a maximum of 25 children at a time, ensuring every child receives the personal attention they deserve. Our experienced pedagogical staff offer a wide range of activities – from play and crafts to educational projects and outdoor activities – always tailored to your child’s age and development. We have a spacious, secure garden where children can enjoy fresh air and run around every day. We offer flexible opening hours: Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You only pay for the hours you actually use; booking full days or half-days is not required. The hourly rate of € 9.90 includes nappies (Kruidvat own brand), baby wipes, drinks (squash, cordial, milk) and bread meals. Between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. you can bring your own meal to be heated in our microwave. Flexibility is our trademark: besides regular daycare we also provide occasional care.
