Kinderopvang Lappelein

We are Kinderopvang Lappelein, a small-scale, flexible childcare facility in a cozy, homely atmosphere where the child is central. Our location at Commandeurstraat 17 in the heart of Heerenveen offers after-school care (BSO) for children from 4 years old to the end of primary school (approximately 12/13 years). With us, you pay per hour, so you only pay for the actual hours used. You don't need to reserve full days or day parts. Our extensive opening hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing us to flexibly accommodate your work schedule. As of January 1, 2025, Kinderopvang Lappelein has become part of Kids First Kindercentra Nederland B.V. After a brief period of bankruptcy in November 2024, we are now making a fresh start under the Kids First umbrella. This means we retain our familiar small-scale approach and homely atmosphere while benefiting from the expertise and support of a larger organization. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to provide children with a safe and stimulating environment. We regularly organize fun activities, such as our annual multicultural market during the neighborhood day, bringing together children, parents, and neighbors. At Kinderopvang Lappelein, we believe it's important that children feel at home. That's why we work in a homely setting with familiar faces and personal attention for each child.
