Kinderopvang Kiekeboe - Voorschool Tierelier

Voorschool Tierelier is a small-scale preschool located inside primary school De Egelantier at Pieter van Damstraat 38 in Almere Buiten. We provide toddler care for up to 16 children per session, aged 2 to 4 years. Our preschool follows the VVE “Piramide” programme, focusing on language development and social skills. Each morning or afternoon two to three qualified, regular pedagogical staff members are ready to welcome your child. We work thematically; the corners in the room are continually adapted to the current theme. This allows children to learn through play: during the “sick and healthy” theme they build a hospital in the construction corner, craft a doctor’s bag and read related books. Daily movement is included: we sing action songs, play outside with bikes and balls and take the group to a theatre performance for toddlers once a year. In addition, we invite artists to make music, dance or art together with the children. At Kinderopvang Kiekeboe we value calm and predictability. Therefore we use a fixed daily rhythm and familiar rituals. Parents follow their child’s development through our parent app and receive a short report at the end of the day.
