Kinderopvang IKC Katwijk

Welcome to Kinderopvang IKC Katwijk, part of Stichting KOK Kinderopvang. Since January 2024 we are located in the brand-new Integral Child Centre at Van Lierestraat 8 in Katwijk. In this modern building we join forces with education and youth-care partners to offer a continuous developmental path from baby to toddler. We provide full-day childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our permanent team of pedagogical staff is ready every day from 07:30 to 18:30 to give your child professional and warm care. The groups are arranged horizontally, so each age receives the attention it needs. For the youngest this means rest, regularity and plenty of physical contact; for toddlers playful learning, language development and preparation for primary school. Toddler care takes place Monday to Thursday from 08:15 to 12:15. During these mornings we work thematically and playfully on social, motor and language skills. We follow the principles of early childhood education (VVE) to give every child a flying start at primary school. At KOK Kinderopvang inclusivity is central: every child is given the chance, time and space to discover his or her talent. We work from one shared pedagogical vision and tailor our approach to the individual level and pace of the child. Through the collaboration within the IKC we can offer extra support when needed, without the child having to leave the familiar environment.
