Welcome to Partou After-School Care Reigersnest, located in the Reigersnest broad-based school at Nachtegaal 1 in Hoogkarspel. Our enthusiastic team is ready every day to give children aged 4 to 12 an unforgettable time after school. As soon as the school bell rings, our pedagogical staff are already waiting to pick up the children from Het Kerspel and ’t Skitteljacht—both located in the same building. The children wear bright safety vests so they can walk with us safely and visibly to our spacious after-school room. You can also come to us before school starts; we serve a healthy breakfast and offer calm play opportunities. Fun and play are our top priorities. We have a challenging outdoor play area with plenty of greenery where children can climb, play football and romp around. Nearby is Skik petting farm; we visit regularly to feed and care for the animals. Indoors there is plenty of room for creative outbursts: we craft with clay, bake vegetable pizzas together and play cool board games. Recharging is possible in our yoga corner or with an exciting book on the sofa. Our activities vary by day and week. Themes such as ‘superheroes’, ‘animals in the jungle’ or ‘music around the world’ recur regularly. We actively involve the children in coming up with new ideas so that every child feels heard. Through our own Partou app we keep parents informed of their child’s experiences; a photo or short message completes the connection between home and childcare.
