Kinderopvang Het Vrolijke Koetje

Kinderdagverblijf Het Vrolijke Koetje is uniquely situated in the meadows of Rosmalen. From our location at Empelsehoefweg 7, children look out over grazing dairy cows and waving cornfields. We provide small-scale childcare for up to 48 children per day, aged 8 weeks to 4 years. Children are placed in two vertical groups where babies, toddlers and preschoolers play and learn together. Our pedagogical vision is based on the VAK formula of the United Agricultural Childcare. This means we work with green pedagogy: children have all the space to discover in nature. We go outside every day, even in bad weather, because playing outside under cover is also possible with us. The children learn playfully about animals, plants and farm life. They are allowed to help in our vegetable garden, pick flowers and take care of the animals. The presence of our dairy cows, calves and other farm animals contributes to a healthy immune system and stimulates motor development. Our team consists of permanent pedagogical staff who are trained in agricultural childcare. They guide the children with lots of love, patience and commitment. We work from peace, security and respect for the individuality of each child. The homely atmosphere and small scale ensure that every child receives the personal attention they deserve. We are open daily from 07.30 to 18.30 hours and upon request we can also open from 07.00 hours. Bread meals, drinks, snacks and fruit are included in the childcare. For bottle feeding, diet or allergy food we ask parents to bring their own. Kinderopvang Het Vrolijke Koetje is affiliated with the National Childcare Register, allowing parents to apply for childcare allowance.
