Kinderopvang Het Speelhuis

Welcome to the After-School Care (BSO) of Kinderopvang Het Speelhuis, located at Sportlaan 6 in Grijpskerk. As part of the trusted organisation on Herestraat, this site offers places for up to 24 primary-school children aged 4 to 12. We are open 52 weeks a year, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with no summer or Christmas closure. Our after-school groups are vertically grouped, bringing together children of different ages so they can learn from one another and develop naturally through play. After school, children can choose from a wide range of activities. We regularly head out for sporty and creative excursions—visits to the nearby sports complex or nature areas—and also provide plenty of room for free play and relaxation. During study days and school holidays we offer a varied programme. Communication with parents and carers is essential to us. Through our own ‘Speelhuis app’ we keep you updated on daily experiences, photos and practical announcements. You can also use the app to request holiday days or submit changes. In addition, we hold parent meetings and have an active parent committee that helps shape policy and activities. Kinderopvang Het Speelhuis stands for quality, enjoyment and a safe environment in which every child can be themselves.
