Welcome to BSO Draaimolen, located at Milanenhorst 193 in the Merenwijk district of Leiden. Our after-school care is the place where children from grades 3 to 8 of primary school De Vogels come together after school to play, discover and grow. Housed in the same building as the school, transitions are smooth and familiar. We put the child first. We offer peace, structure and space for individual choices. Children receive a healthy snack and drink, after which they can play freely or take part in activities that match their interests. Our pedagogical staff guide through play and ensure a safe, positive atmosphere. Our spaces are bright, spacious and inviting. There is a chill corner with sofas and books, a creative corner for crafts and building, and a movement area where we regularly organise sports and games activities. When the weather permits, we use the playground next door or go out into the green surroundings of Merenwijk. BSO Draaimolen works closely with primary school De Vogels. We know the teachers, school hours and the children. This allows us to seamlessly continue after school and provide the care your child needs. We are also there for your child on study days or school holidays. We believe it is important that parents stay involved.
