Welcome to Kinderopvang De Wonderwijzer – KDV, located at Tonneband 22 in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. We are a small-scale daycare centre with space for up to 14 children aged 0 to 4 years. Since 21 August 2023, we have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) and meet all national quality standards for childcare. Our location is part of the Integral Child Centre (IKC) De Wonderwijzer, where Christian primary education and Christian childcare come together under the motto 'Discovering together in wonder'. We provide a safe, familiar environment where your child is given the space to grow and develop. Our team is known for personal attention, a loving atmosphere and a pedagogical climate in which every child feels safe and valued. Kinderopvang De Wonderwijzer – KDV has been led by Luciënne Verlaan-Pasveer since February 2024. With years of experience and a completed training as a Pedagogical Employee, she has turned her passion for working with young children into her own childcare centre. Her mission is to offer children and parents a warm home where open communication, respect and trust are central. Our childcare is accessible to all families in Hardinxveld-Giessendam and the surrounding area, regardless of whether your child will later attend De Wonderwijzer primary school.
