Welcome to Kinderopvang De Vlindertuin, a small-scale rural daycare center located at Broekgeuterweg 3 in Kampen. We provide care for children from 10 weeks to 4 years old in two horizontal groups: the Caterpillars (0-2 years) and the Butterflies (2-4 years). Our Caterpillar group accommodates up to 8 children per day and focuses on rest, care, and secure attachment. The Butterfly group has space for 14-16 children and offers a stimulating environment with activities tailored to toddler development. Our location is characterized by its natural and homely atmosphere. Children have ample space to play and explore in our large green outdoor area with a sandbox, climbing hill with slide, outdoor water feature, and lawn. Animals such as sheep, lambs, chickens, and rabbits are part of the children's daily experiences. We believe it's important for children to build relationships with animals and nature from a young age. Each day we offer a varied program with activities such as coloring, painting, singing, reading, baking cookies, and outdoor play. For children aged 2 and up, we provide yoga lessons every other week. Even babies spend time outdoors daily, sleeping in our special outdoor beds. We believe outdoor sleeping contributes to better rest and more energy during the day. Our qualified pedagogical staff provide professional guidance and individual attention. During the intake interview, we focus on your child's needs and preferences to ensure a smooth transition from home to daycare. We work according to a pedagogical plan focused on each child's development at their own pace. Kinderopvang De Vlindertuin is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 50 weeks per year. We offer both regular and flexible childcare. Our location is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 179000731.
