Kinderopvang de Oogappel B.V.

Kinderdagverblijf de Oogappel is located at Saaftingestraat 314A in Amsterdam Osdorp and is part of the small-scale childcare organisation “de Oogappel”. We provide care for up to 28 children aged 0 to 4 years in two horizontal age groups: the Baby group “Green Apples” from 3 months to about 2.5 years and the Toddler group “Yellow Apples” from about 2.5 to 4 years. Our professional staff work in a homely atmosphere and guide each child at their own pace with lots of love. Safety and health are central: every year we identify all risks in and around the childcare centre. Children learn from their immediate environment; we therefore offer a safe, healthy living environment where playing, observing and imitating are central. For the very youngest we organise daily activities such as singing songs, reading books and movement games. These activities stimulate language and music development and make the transition to the toddler group smooth.
