Welcome to Kinderopvang BijdeHandjes at Van den Berglaan 12 in Voorthuizen. We are a Christian daycare centre for children aged 0 to 4. Our location is officially registered in the National Childcare Register and has room for up to 16 children, allowing us to give every child personal attention. Christian identity is central to us: we read from picture books and the children’s Bible, say grace before meals and sing Christian songs. At the same time, every family is welcome, regardless of background. We follow a well-considered pedagogical policy based on the latest insights in child development. Our pedagogical staff closely monitor each child’s development and tailor activities to individual needs. In the group we offer activities such as crafts, singing, reading aloud and games that stimulate language and motor development. We have our own sleeping room where children can rest and a secure outdoor area for play. Nappies, baby food, fruit and drinks are included in the hourly rate, so parents can work without worry. We also accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements. We work closely with parents and value a strong bond. Together we form the BijdeHandjes family. We offer flexible childcare options, including half-day care, and participate in early childhood education (VE), giving children a playful head start for primary school.
