Kinderopvang Babbelbos - Boomhut

Welcome to Partou Boomhut! Our after-school care is located at Leeuweriklaan 5 in Hoogeveen, in the Wolfsbos neighborhood. We share the building with our daycare Babbelbos, but have our own cozy BSO spaces where children aged 4 to 12 feel completely at home. After a busy school day, Boomhut is the place where children can relax and recharge. We are a small-scale BSO, ensuring every child receives the attention they deserve. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day with a smile and a listening ear. Together with the children, we make it a celebration, as no two days are the same! Our activity program is packed with fun things to do. Children can get creative in our studio, where we regularly craft with different materials. From making cheerful artworks to baking cupcakes – anything is possible. We also organize drama games and sports activities like balloon relays. Children can choose which activities they want to join. Outside is just as much fun as inside. We have a beautiful garden with a football field where children can run and play. There's also an outdoor kitchen where we cook and bake together. And with our large chalkboard, children can let their creativity run wild. During holidays, we make fun excursions, for example to the fire station or other interesting places nearby. We work together with many primary schools in Hoogeveen and surrounding areas. As soon as the school bell rings, our staff are ready to pick up the children. For safety, they wear a vest. We pick up children from De Morgenster, Juliana van Stolbergschool, De Sprong, Krullevaar, Goudvink, Titus Brandsma, Caroussel, Rasholt, Weidebloem, De Schuthoek, De Fonteyn, De Regenboog (location Noordscheschut) and Apollo. Children can also come to us before school time to have breakfast and start the day calmly. At Partou Boomhut, we believe it's important that children can be themselves. We provide a safe environment where they can play, discover and have fun. Through our own app, we keep parents informed of all their child's adventures. This way, moms and dads can also experience all the fun moments!
