KinderKroon Weerselo - Erve Reestman

Welcome to KinderKroon Weerselo – Erve Reestman, a small-scale daycare centre located on a characteristic farm at Legtenbergerstraat 35 in Weerselo. We provide care for children from 10 weeks to 4 years in two horizontal groups: the Schaapjes (0-2 years) and the Koetjes (2-4 years). Thanks to our deliberate small scale and permanent team of pedagogical staff, we create a homely and secure environment in which every child feels safe and at ease. Our location breathes the atmosphere of outdoor life. We make full use of our natural surroundings: walking through the village, romping in the grass, making sand cakes in the sandbox, jumping on the trampoline or playing with water on warm days. The activities are designed to spark children’s curiosity and challenge them to discover and learn at their own pace. We work with the recognised Early Childhood Education programme Uk & Puk. This programme focuses on the broad development of children aged 0 to 4. Through thematic activities we stimulate speech and language skills, social-emotional development, motor skills and the first mathematical stimuli. Our pedagogical staff are specially trained and certified for this, enabling them to support each child’s developmental lines optimally. For the very youngest we employ baby specialists. They fully adapt the daily rhythm to the individual needs of the baby and provide targeted stimulation in a safe environment. We follow your child’s home rhythm as much as possible during the daycare day, creating continuity and calm for both child and parent. Our opening hours are weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with extended care possible from 7:00 to 7:30 a.m. and from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. We cordially invite you to come and see us and meet our team and location in person.
