Welcome to Kindergarden Zuivelplein in Amsterdam East! Our after-school care (BSO) is located in a charming building in the Amsterdam School style, nestled among the greenery of the neighbourhood. The location is just off Middenweg and close to the A10, making it easily accessible for parents from both Amsterdam and Diemen. We provide care for children aged 4 to 12 who attend primary school. The groups are organised according to age and developmental stage, ensuring every child receives the right level of challenge and guidance. Our pedagogical staff are ready to give the children a safe, stimulating and above all enjoyable afternoon after school. The spaces are bright, spacious and homely. We have a large creative corner, a chill and reading area, a construction zone and plenty of room to move around. In addition, we have our own outdoor space where children can play, explore and let off steam. We follow a fixed daily routine that allows plenty of room for free choice, group activities and quiet moments. Our activities are tailored to the children’s world of experience. Think crafts, cooking, sports and games, nature education and themed projects. We make use of the immediate surroundings: Diemerpark, local playgrounds and cultural venues in Amsterdam East. We also work closely with several primary schools in the area, so we can collect the children after school and bring them safely to the BSO. At Kindergarden Zuivelplein, we believe it’s important that children feel at home. We know all parents and children personally and work with a consistent team of dedicated staff. Our approach is small-scale, homely and friendly – exactly what you would expect from a neighbourhood after-school care centre.
