Kindergarden Utrecht Leidsche Rijn 't Zand

Welcome to Kindergarden 't Zand in Utrecht-West! Our daycare center in Leidsche Rijn offers a large, shaded garden where all children can play and explore to their heart's content. You might even spot pheasants walking on the grass field... they also enjoy the space and tranquility of this fantastic location. Our facility features horizontal groups with three baby groups for children aged 0-2 years and two toddler groups for children aged 1-3 years. We deliberately work with age groups to optimally support each child's development. In the baby group, we use hanging cradles to let your child get used to the sounds and scents in the group, and also to help them get acquainted quickly. For our older toddlers, we have two toddler plus groups. These children are challenged to do as much as possible themselves and increase their independence. This will certainly come in handy when they start school. The transition can therefore take place relatively faster than when there is only one toddler plus group. Outside, each age group has its own garden! The baby garden has soft artificial grass and borders their own group through patio doors. The other gardens have real grass and are equipped with bike tracks, sandboxes, shade sails, and even a vegetable garden. Here children learn about nature and the seasons in a playful way. Our facility is located in Leidsche Rijn, close to the junction with the A2 and A12. We are easily accessible by car and there is ample parking available. We provide care for children from 2 months to 4 years and follow the VVE program (preschool education) to optimally prepare children for primary school.
