Welcome to Kindergarden Oisterwijk located at Burgemeester Verwielstraat! Our after-school care (BSO) is housed in a former police station that we have transformed into a warm and homely place where children aged 4 to 12 feel completely at home. With a maximum of 22 childcare places, we offer an intimate and manageable environment where every child receives the personal attention they deserve. Our BSO works closely with primary school De Kikkenduut, located on the same street. We pick up the children from school daily and safely bring them to our location. Upon arrival, the children receive a tasty and healthy snack with fresh fruit and drinks, allowing them to recover from a busy school day. We believe in the power of learning through play and offer a wide range of activities. Children can let off steam in our spacious garden where they can romp, play sports and enjoy nature. Inside we have set up different corners where children can do crafts, build with LEGO, play games or just relax with a book. We also regularly organize cooking workshops where children learn to make healthy snacks themselves. Our professional team of pedagogical staff is ready to guide children in their development. We work with horizontal groups where children come together in age groups. This provides recognition and makes it easier to adapt activities to the children's world of experience. We use the Kindergarden app which keeps parents informed about their child's development and allows them to view photos of the fun moments we share. During school holidays we organize special outings and activities. Think of treasure hunts in the forest, visits to playgrounds or creative workshops. We take allergies and dietary requirements into account and ensure that every child can participate safely and healthily in all activities.
