Welcome to Kindergarden Appelgaard, our bright and lively daycare center located at Bosbesstraat 20 in The Hague. The central hall invites parents to gather together for a chat, with a coffee to go always ready for you. Following Scandinavian traditions, we offer your baby the opportunity to sleep outdoors (with your approval, of course). We have special outdoor sleeping rules and provide a beautiful green environment to make this experience as pleasant as possible. We focus on promoting self-reliance and independence among our younger and older toddlers. In our 'sleep theater', each child has their own mattress in their dedicated space. Our two outdoor areas - the yard and the roof terrace - are designed to encourage children to explore and discover on their own. We have a sensory path, a mud kitchen, a teepee for climbing, and a play track that stimulates children's motor skills. Our childcare center is located right across from the playground in a family-friendly neighborhood. We work with horizontal groups, allowing babies, toddlers, and preschoolers to play separately so each child can develop at their own pace.
