Kindergarden Breda Zuid

Welcome to Kindergarden Breda Zuid! Our daycare center is located in the characteristic former Maria monastery at Overakkerstraat 188 in Breda. The authentic elements such as stained glass windows give our location a special character. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. Our experienced pedagogical staff are ready to guide your child in his or her development. Especially in the first year, we maintain close contact with parents. We are happy to help you with knowledge and advice, also through our webinars where we involve you in our way of thinking and working. In the toddler group, we challenge children with activities that match their developmental stage. We have set up different corners where children can play and discover. Is the attention span a bit short? Then we switch to toddler gym. Our pedagogical staff are trained as yoga teachers. Weekly we do toddler yoga, a good way to make children aware of their body and to train their concentration. For the oldest toddlers, we have a toddler circle in preparation for primary school. Upstairs is our library and studio, where children can read and be creative. Our park-like monastery garden is an oasis of peace where children can play, build tents and even climb trees. Like in Scandinavian countries, we also offer the possibility to sleep outside, which is healthy for children. We believe in a thoughtful approach where everything in the child's environment contributes to his or her development. Our location is easily accessible and located near the highways to Utrecht and Tilburg.
