Kinderdagverblijf Zolderkids

Kinderdagverblijf Zolderkids is a small-scale daycare located in a characteristic farmhouse in the rural area between Dongen and Rijen. Our address is Dongenseweg 52A in Rijen. Daily, up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years enjoy our care in a homely and natural environment. At Zolderkids we live intensely with the outdoor feeling. We have a large garden and weekly we take the children outside to care for and feed our animals. The farmhouse location offers a unique place where children can play, discover and grow up amidst nature. The space and tranquility of the rural area contribute to a safe and stimulating environment for young children. Our approach is small-scale and personal. We work with vertical groups, where children of different ages play and learn together. This stimulates social development and creates a warm, homely atmosphere in which every child can be themselves. The animals on our farm – such as chickens, rabbits or goats – are a fixed part of the daily routine. The children not only learn animal care, but also develop respect for nature and life around them. Due to our limited size, we can truly pay attention to each child and support development on an individual basis. We offer a safe foundation with room for own initiative, discovery and play. The natural environment and farm life form a rich learning environment that invites imaginative play and sensory experiences.
