We work in small groups, distinguishing between baby group the Caterpillars and children's group the Butterflies. This allows us to respond to what children need at each age. Our daycare center in Wateringse Veld, The Hague South, is designed so that children can play, discover, learn, rest and be themselves both indoors and outdoors. We create an environment that feels like a second home, where children feel safe and secure. This contributes to healthy emotional development. We find children's development very important and give children the freedom to make their own choices. This way they can practice taking initiatives and developing preferences for certain activities. Healthy nutrition is important for the growth and development of young children. Therefore, we serve a fresh, warm meal every day that is carefully prepared and tailored to the needs of the little ones. We stimulate development in the areas of language, motor skills, social-emotional skills and creativity through playful and educational activities that match the child's age and developmental stage.
