Wiele Wiele Stap is the daycare center in the heart of Den Helder where your child feels safe and at home. We provide care for up to 64 children divided into five age-specific groups: a cozy baby group, an active toddler group, and a creative preschool group. Each group has its own professional team of childcare specialists focused on the development of that specific age. Everything we do revolves around your child's development. We work with a clear pedagogical policy where the basic needs of the child are central. We provide peace, structure, and challenge in a safe environment. Our babies receive all the attention and care they need, with lots of cuddles, songs, and play. Toddlers have plenty of space to discover and learn through play. The preschool group prepares children for primary school in a playful way with fun activities such as music education through 'Hallo Muziek' and creative development. Our location is situated in the Broad School on Pasteurstraat, which means we have access to beautiful facilities. We have our own playground where children can go outside every day, and when the weather is nice, we eat outside. For the little ones, we have separate bedrooms with cribs where they can sleep peacefully. We work with horizontal groups, which means children play and develop with peers of the same age. Care is arranged down to the last detail with us. We change the children with products provided by parents, but always have spare supplies ready. For the little ones, we provide bottle feeding according to the home schedule. We serve healthy meals and snacks, taking allergies and dietary requirements into account. Our team follows special training to properly handle allergies and specific nutritional needs. We believe that parents and our childcare specialists shape the child's development together. That's why we're always open for consultation and keep parents informed about their child's development through a parent portal. We offer flexible childcare options, from half days to full days, tailored to what best suits your family situation.
