Welcome to Daycare Vipkids located at Joan Melchior Kemperstraat 37A in vibrant Amsterdam Westerpark. We are a small-scale daycare centre with room for 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. At Vipkids everything revolves around personal attention and a homely atmosphere so your child feels at home right away. Our name says it all: VIP stands for Responsible, Interactive and Pedagogical. We believe every child is unique and deserves to be treated like a real VIP. That is why each child is paired with a fixed mentor who really gets to know your little one and closely follows his or her development. The rooms are furnished with natural and sustainable materials, creating a warm and calming environment. At Vipkids we value outdoor time just as much as indoor play. Every day we play in our own green garden or take a walk to the nearby Westerpark. We also organise regular excursions – think of a visit to Artis or a discovery tour through the neighbourhood – so the children can explore the world around them. Music and dance are part of our weekly programme: we sing, move and have fun together, stimulating language and motor development. Nutrition receives extra attention at our centre. We serve fresh, vegetarian and warm meals daily, tailored to the needs of young children. In between they enjoy fresh fruit and healthy drinks such as water, tea or milk. Everything is prepared with love so your child gets the energy needed to grow and play. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
