Kinderdagverblijf Tomaz at Nicolaas Beetsstraat 10 in Utrecht is a small-scale and personal daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years. We provide a safe, familiar and homely environment where every child can develop at their own pace. Our location in the center of Utrecht consists of three vertical groups, where children of different ages play and learn together. This setup stimulates social development and ensures that older children learn to care for younger ones, while the little ones mirror themselves to the bigger children. We believe it's important that children feel at home with us. That's why we pay a lot of attention to personal care and attention for each child. Our pedagogical staff take the time to adopt home rituals, such as specific ways of feeding or sleeping. We work with small groups, leaving plenty of room for individual attention. Our garden is equipped with child-friendly artificial grass, so children can play safely outside. Parents experience our daycare as a warm place where their children can be left with confidence. We communicate openly and transparently with parents about their child's development. Due to the small scale, all staff know all children and parents, contributing to a close and familiar atmosphere. We prepare children for the future by giving them tools and knowledge about social interaction, norms and values.
