Kinderdagverblijf Timboektoe

Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Timboektoe at Van Hetenstraat 61 in Deventer. We provide small-scale childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. Our location features two group spaces: the blue group for children aged 0-4 years and the green group specifically for toddlers. With a maximum of eight children per group, every child receives the individual attention they deserve. We follow the Kiki methodology, where play and development go hand in hand. Our pedagogical staff create daily learning moments during play, such as when setting the table or caring for our vegetable garden. This garden is located in our spacious outdoor area, where children can run, play and explore to their heart's content. We pay special attention to movement, healthy nutrition and language development. For children who need extra support, we develop an individual development plan in consultation with parents. We collaborate with professionals such as speech therapists or physiotherapists. Our approach is always child-centered: we look at what each child needs and tailor our activities accordingly.
