At Kinderdagverblijf Tembo on Heresingel 18 in Groningen, we provide professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 in a homely, warm and safe environment. Our small-scale groups with a maximum of 25 children ensure plenty of individual attention and familiar faces. We believe every child is unique and should be allowed to develop at their own pace. With dedicated pedagogical staff, we guide children through their first important years of life, focusing on personal attention, structure and space for play and discovery. Our location is calmly and homely furnished with natural materials and colors that match baby and toddler products from the Koeka brand. We believe it's important that children don't feel overstimulated, which is why we consciously choose a calm environment without loud colors. Daily outdoor play in our garden gives children space to romp and discover. We provide healthy, varied meals and responsible snacks. Every day we serve a warm lunch provided by Apetito, taking allergies and dietary requirements into account. We also offer bottle feeding for the youngest children and provide a quiet sleeping environment with fixed routines, always in consultation with parents. Transparent communication with parents is very important to us. Through our parent portal Kindplanner, parents can easily register or deregister their child, exchange messages with pedagogical staff, view daily routines and photos, and access invoices. This way, parents always stay connected with what's happening at daycare. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. Flexible childcare options are negotiable.
