Kinderdagverblijf Schellach

Welcome to Agrarisch Kinderdagverblijf Schellach, part of Kinderopvang de Maneblussertjes. Our location is situated at the beautiful Kaasboerderij Schellach on Prooijenseweg 26 in Middelburg. We provide childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a unique agricultural setting where nature, animals and outdoor play are central. With us, children have the space to grow up among the cows, in the meadows and in the vegetable garden. We work with vertical groups, where children of different ages play and learn together. The farm is our largest playground: children can help in the vegetable garden, feed animals and discover where food comes from. The natural environment offers endless opportunities for adventure and wonder. Our pedagogical approach is based on respect for each child and the natural curiosity that children inherently possess. We believe that children learn best by doing and experiencing. On our farm, they can pick tomatoes themselves, collect eggs and pet calves. These experiences contribute to healthy development and a sustainable view of the world. Agrarisch Kinderdagverblijf Schellach is a place where children can be who they are. We offer a homely atmosphere in a farm environment, making use of the opportunities the location provides.
