Kinderdagverblijf Pommetje, Beekbergen

Kinderdagverblijf Pommetje Beekbergen is a small-scale daycare centre located at Loenenseweg 56 in the wooded area of Beekbergen. We provide care for up to 18 children aged 0 to 4 years and deliberately work with two vertical groups, where children of different ages play and learn together. Our focus is on creating a homely and warm atmosphere. Children are free to be themselves: they can play freely but also find comfort and security when needed. We sing regularly, do arts and crafts with various materials, and make daily use of our spacious garden and the natural play environment surrounding the location. We often take trips to the forest or visit other Pommetje locations, always in consultation with parents. Our location is unique due to its wooded surroundings. The garden offers ample opportunities for outdoor play and nature experiences. Indoors, we have separate sleeping areas where children can rest peacefully. We work with familiar faces: short lines of communication and trusted caregivers are paramount to us. One of the owners is regularly present at the location and is also available outside working hours for urgent matters. Safety is ensured through our four-eyes principle. There are usually two adults present, and where this is not the case, we use camera surveillance. This contributes not only to the safety of the children but also to that of our pedagogical staff. We believe in small-scale care, ensuring that every child receives the personal attention they deserve.
