Kinderdagverblijf De Molen is part of Fris! Kinderopvang and is situated in a quiet yet central spot in Veenendaal. Our building is set back from the road, giving children a safe place to play. We are small-scale, caring for a maximum of 42 children aged 0 to 4 years. These ages are combined in three vertical groups, allowing toddlers and babies to learn from and with each other while exploring the world together. Our work is guided by the core values confident, playful, personal, caring, connected and structured. Every child is given space to take small steps towards independence at his or her own pace. We provide a well-thought-out daily rhythm that offers calm and predictability, so children feel secure and are free to play and discover. Outdoor play is part of every day. Our enclosed outdoor area has a variety of play equipment. When the weather is less inviting, we use our spacious indoor hall. Thanks to our central location we also make regular short trips to the city beach or the pet shop, broadening the children’s world. Our qualified pedagogical staff provide warm, loving care and lots of personal attention. We are open all year round, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:30, excluding official public holidays and one staff training day per year.
