Kinderdagverblijf Kiekeboe

Kinderdagverblijf Kiekeboe is located at Henrick de Keijserplein 35 H in the heart of Amsterdam-Zuid. We are a small-scale, private daycare centre with two vertical groups for up to 15 children each, aged 0 to 4. A separate baby group offers our youngest guests a calm, secure environment in which to sleep, play and explore at their own pace, following the rhythm of home. We follow the Early Childhood Education programme ‘Piramide’. Our qualified pedagogical staff carefully track every child’s development so parents can see exactly which milestones are being reached. We believe in the power of vertical groups: older toddlers naturally guide and inspire the little ones, learning together while growing together. Our setting is cosy and homely, safe, hygienic and cheerful. We apply the Gordon method: no punishment, only open communication. Conflicts are resolved respectfully so every child feels seen and valued. Parents experience us as familiar and personal; we know every child and every parent. Kinderdagverblijf Kiekeboe is a sole proprietorship registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 33261997. We are listed in the National Childcare Register and open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:30. We look forward to welcoming you and your child into our warm, safe home-from-home.
