Joepie kinderdagverblijf Dorpstraat

Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Joepie at Dorpstraat 16 in the heart of Nuland. We provide professional daycare for children from 6 weeks to 4 years in a small-scale, homely environment. Our two vertical groups – the Dinos, Giraffes and Elephants – welcome up to 48 children aged 0-4 who play and learn together. As soon as you step inside you feel our warm atmosphere with calm colours and silent toys. Every child has their own coat peg and receives loving attention from our regular staff. We believe children should feel at home: “a fish doesn’t need to learn to fly here and a bird doesn’t need to learn to swim”. The day starts with a personal greeting and hand-over. Babies keep their own eating and sleeping rhythm, while toddlers follow a set daily routine with healthy meals: fruit at 10:00, a warm lunch at 11:30 and vegetables at 15:00. We offer music and dance activities, crafts and go outside every day in our spacious garden. We use the Early Childhood Education programme ‘Uk en Puk’ to stimulate development. Themes change every six weeks and parents are involved through a newsletter. At the end of the day there is another personal hand-over to the parent. Kinderdagverblijf Joepie is open Monday to Friday from 06:30-18:00. We look forward to meeting you!
