Kinderdagverblijf Het Zwammeke is located at Antoniusstraat 4 in the heart of Standdaarbuiten. We are a small-scale daycare centre, founded in 2007 by Annemarie and Patricia, and provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. At the core of our work are the well-being and involvement of the child; only when these two are in place do we believe development can truly take place. Our team consists of qualified pedagogical staff who, with great enthusiasm and love for the profession, create a safe, homely environment every day in which children can flourish. We follow the recognised UK & Puk programme, through which we actively stimulate language and speech development and lay a solid foundation for future schooling. Our groups are horizontally structured, ensuring activities and materials are perfectly suited to your child’s developmental stage. The spacious, secure garden invites outdoor play and discovery; during outings in the immediate surroundings, children get to know the world around them. Parents experience our childcare as open and personal: we communicate daily about how your child has experienced the day and keep communication lines short. Our active parent committee contributes to policy and organises enjoyable activities such as Sinterklaas, Easter and the annual barbecue. With generous opening hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., we offer flexible childcare that fits your working hours. Your child is in trusted hands with us while you work or carry out other tasks with peace of mind.
