We are Kinderdagverblijf Funny Kids, located at Scheepmakersstraat 4 in the heart of The Hague. Under one roof we offer day care (mixed care), flexible care, after-school care and 24-hour care. For our daycare center this means that children from 0 to 4 years old are welcome in a safe, loving and stimulating environment. At Funny Kids, children are given the space to develop themselves. They are given the freedom to discover where their talents lie and to come and go as they please. In this way, children build their own identity. In order to build their own identity and develop as a child, it is important to experience a sense of security. This sense of security is central to our approach. Our location is small-scale and homely, ensuring that each child receives the personal attention they deserve. We work with vertical groups, where children of different ages play and learn together. This stimulates social development and creates a natural, family-like atmosphere. For parents who work in the 24-hour economy, we offer unique possibilities. Our daycare center is not bound to standard opening hours. We understand that work nowadays no longer only takes place between nine and five. Therefore, you can come to us for care at any time of day or night. Bringing or picking up at twelve o'clock at night? No problem. We offer flexible care that fits your irregular working hours, studies or other commitments. We also offer flexible care. When you work as a temporary worker or have different shifts, we adapt to your schedule. Together we determine which days and services you use, and at what times you want to bring and pick up your child.
