Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Fienelien Bezuidenhout B.V. at Bezuidenhoutseweg 125 in The Hague’s Bezuidenhout district. As part of Fienelien, we have provided small-scale, anthroposophical and organic childcare for up to 16 children aged 0-4 since 2015. We offer a secure, home-like setting where your child feels at home. Every day the children enjoy a freshly prepared, organic warm lunch; on Mondays we bake fresh bread together and involve the children in cooking. All food, drinks, nappies and ecological care products are included, as are formula feeding and breast-milk handling. Our philosophy rests on three pillars: a safe place for child and parent, natural living and playing, and recognising play as essential for development. We use natural materials and imaginative toys, go outdoors daily—often to the nearby Haagse Bos—and organise seasonal activities such as building dens and picnics. Thanks to our small scale we can give personal, loving attention and actively involve parents in their child’s upbringing and development.
