Kinderdagverblijf Evy has been a trusted childcare center in Amsterdam's Rivierenbuurt for 25 years. We provide care for up to 15 children in a warm, home-like environment. Our team consists of four qualified childcare professionals, most of whom have been with us for over 15 years. This wealth of experience ensures continuity and trust for the children. We operate with a vertical group structure, where children aged 0 to 4 play and learn together. The group is guided daily by at least three childcare professionals, supported by a pedagogical coach who oversees child development and team guidance. All our staff hold child-focused MBO or HBO qualifications and valid VOG certificates. Our play area is carefully designed with age-appropriate toys and materials. We prioritize creating a safe and secure environment where children feel at home. Daily activities include singing songs, reading stories, arts and crafts. When weather permits, we spend as much time as possible outdoors in our garden or local area. We consciously focus on teaching values and raising children's awareness of their surroundings. We recognize that the first four years of a child's life are crucial for development. We ensure this period is as carefree, undisturbed and enjoyable as possible.
