Welcome to De Ontdekking Daycare at Pandelaar 45 in Gemert. Since 2002 we have provided a safe, homely environment where children aged 0-4 can discover the world at their own pace. Our ‘Bosuiltjes’ group is designed for up to 10 children aged 0-2 years, cared for by three qualified staff members, most of whom are certified baby specialists. The room features quiet sleeping corners, a sandbox and a discovery garden with natural materials that spark imagination. We aim to spend at least twenty minutes outdoors with the children twice a day. Every child is assigned a personal mentor who closely monitors wellbeing and development. Parents can easily exchange information and receive photos through our parent app. Fruit, water and snacks are included; special dietary needs are discussed individually. We run an accredited Early Childhood Education programme that stimulates language and cognitive development, giving children a flying start at primary school. Our pedagogical staff work with fixed faces on fixed days, ensuring continuity for the children.
