Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Dymphie, a small-scale and homely childcare center located at Hortensialaan 1 in Waalre. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years in four horizontal groups, with dedicated staff who give each child personal attention. Our pedagogical approach focuses on creating a safe and familiar environment where children can develop at their own pace. Everything we do revolves around rest, routine, and repetition. We maintain a clear daily rhythm with fixed times for playing, sleeping, and eating. Infants sleep in separate bedrooms with cribs or beds, while the toddler group has its own play and sleep area. We use horizontal grouping, allowing children to play and develop with peers in an age-appropriate environment. Our activities are tailored to each child's age and development. For the youngest, this means lots of sensory stimulation, songs, and cuddle time. For the toddler group, we organize weekly creative activities such as painting and crafts, and we stimulate language development through reading and singing. We have a spacious garden where children can play to their heart's content and discover nature. We place great importance on good nutrition and hygiene. We serve fresh, healthy meals and snacks, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements. For babies, we provide bottle feeding according to the parents' schedule, and for toddlers and preschoolers, we offer warm lunches and bread meals. Our team consists of experienced childcare professionals who see and approach each child as a unique individual. We work according to our pedagogical policy focused on providing emotional security and stimulating development. We believe in working together with parents in raising their child and keep parents informed of daily experiences through a parent app.
