Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf De Vlinderboom, located at Jupiterweg 28 in Zeewolde. Our daycare center is a private childcare facility that has been providing loving and dedicated care for children aged 0 to 4 years for five years now. Under the leadership of owner Thessa van Dijk, we have created a warm, safe and familiar environment where peace, regularity and personal attention are central. Our vision is clear: every child is allowed to discover and grow in their own way. We believe that children develop best when they are given space to experience and learn for themselves. Our pedagogical professionals are ready to guide the children where necessary, but especially let them discover for themselves. This vision is also reflected in our beautiful outdoor space that has recently been renewed. In collaboration with Uniek Speelprojecten, we have created a natural garden with lots of greenery and natural materials. For the little ones, there is a separate baby/toddler garden, while toddlers can enjoy a playhouse, slide, wobble bridge, balance beam and a large sandbox with outdoor kitchen. We work with horizontal groups, where children are divided into age groups. Our baby group 'De Rupsjes' offers the youngest children a peaceful environment, while 'De Coconnetjes' (toddler group) and 'De Vlindertjes' (preschool group) offer increasingly more challenge as the children grow older. We offer flexible childcare options, including the possibility of half days, and work with a strip card system for maximum flexibility. Additionally, we provide warm meals for the children, so that parents are completely unburdened. At De Vlinderboom, we find it important that parents and children feel at home.
