Kinderdagverblijf De Toverfluit

Located at Roskamweide 2 in Nieuwegein, Kinderdagverblijf De Toverfluit has provided flexible daycare for children from 6 weeks to 4 years of age since 2010. We are open year-round, including school holidays, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Children may be dropped off between 7:00 and 9:00 AM and picked up from 4:30 PM onwards. Half-day care is available: morning sessions end at 1:00 PM and afternoon sessions start at 12:30 PM. We organise children into horizontal groups based on age—such as babies (0–1.5 yrs), toddlers (0–2 yrs), pre-schoolers (2–4 yrs) and intermediate groups (1.5–2.5 yrs, 2.5–4 yrs). Each group has its own playroom, separate sleeping room and changing area. When weather permits, children enjoy secure outdoor play in their own private garden. Our aim is to foster each child’s development by bringing children together in small groups under professional guidance, complementing the upbringing they receive at home. Atmosphere, warmth and a familiar environment are our key values. The group spaces are designed and equipped to match the specific needs and developmental stages of the children, and we do our utmost to meet the wishes of parents, companies and institutions. Kinderdagverblijf De Toverfluit is officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK 221563222) and offers pre-school education (VE), making parents eligible for childcare allowance. We are supervised by the GGD Utrecht Region.
