Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf De Schatgraver, a warm and homely place located at Pastoor Schattenstraat 25A in Landgraaf, where children aged 0 to 4 quickly feel at home. As part of Stichting Flow Kinderopvang, we provide care in a modern, child-friendly building fully tailored to the needs of young children. We operate two horizontal age groups: a baby group for children aged 0 to 2 and a toddler group for children aged 2 to 4. The baby group is guided by specially trained baby specialists who follow each child’s feeding and sleeping rhythm and take ample time for cuddles and discovery. For the older children, we offer a challenging Early Childhood Education (VVE) programme focused on language and speech development, using the ‘Speelplezier’ curriculum. Structure and routine are central to our approach. We follow a fixed daily schedule in which eating, care, and play moments alternate in a predictable way, giving children a sense of calm and familiarity. Healthy nutrition and sufficient physical activity are key pillars of our care. As partners of the Healthy Primary School of the Future ‘de Schatgraver’, we serve daily fruit and seasonal vegetables, unsweetened drinks, and lean sandwich fillings. Children have access to our natural hide-and-seek discovery playground, which even includes a sheltered area for the very youngest. The garden has recently been redesigned and offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. We believe good communication with parents is essential. Through the Konnect app, we keep you informed about your child’s day, and there is ample time each morning and afternoon for personal handovers. Our location is open Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 18:30, except on public holidays. We maintain fixed drop-off and pick-up times to ensure calm and clarity.
