Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf De Kinderboom in Beek en Donk! We are a small-scale daycare centre welcoming children from 0 to 4 years in two spacious groups. Because we keep our groups small, every member of our pedagogical staff knows every child and every parent personally. This creates a calm, familiar and secure atmosphere. We go outside every single day, even when the weather is less inviting. Free play, climbing, exploring and simply enjoying nature outdoors stimulate the children’s senses, gross and fine motor skills, social abilities and creativity. In our own vegetable garden the children sow, harvest and prepare fruit and vegetables together. This way they learn where food comes from, and food they have grown themselves tastes even better! Quality and safety are our top priorities. We provide a natural, low-stimulus environment where children can attach safely and develop at their own pace. Mutual respect is the foundation of our daily interactions. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 52 weeks a year (closed on a few public holidays). Our hourly rate for 2025 is € 11.08. This includes vegetables, fruit, bread meals, drinks, Kruidvat diapers and care products. We do not offer half-day or flexible care; a full day counts as 11 hours. Feel free to visit us for a tour and experience the homely atmosphere of De Kinderboom yourself!
