Welcome to Daycare De Kameleon located at Rietbeemdweg 16 in Schijndel. We are part of Stichting Kinderopvang De Plu and have been providing trusted childcare for over 30 years in a homely and safe environment. Children from 0 to 4 years are welcome in our horizontal group care, where babies and toddlers play separately from preschoolers. This ensures peace and safety for the youngest while providing sufficient challenge for older children. Our green group is specially designed for children aged 2.3 to 4 years. Here we work thematically according to the Puk program, where we playfully develop language and social skills. We regularly visit the library, explore our barefoot path in the garden, and enjoy our rich outdoor space. Inside we offer various play areas where children can build, craft, read stories and engage in role play. For the youngest children we have a separate baby group where we work with fixed caregivers. We follow your child's rhythm and provide quiet moments for sleep and feeding. We change and feed your child according to your wishes and only use products that you provide or approve. Our pedagogical staff are specialized in baby and toddler development and work according to the VVE program (Preschool Education). We believe it's important that children feel safe and secure. Therefore we work with small groups and familiar faces. Our garden offers plenty of opportunities to play and discover outdoors. We regularly organize music and movement activities and stimulate children's natural curiosity. Together with parents we work on each child's development, so they are ready for the next step to school with a solid foundation.
