Welcome to Daycare De Basis at Foarwurker Wei 2 in Bakkeveen. We provide small-scale and homely daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a safe and familiar environment. Our location is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 305017391 with a maximum capacity of 16 children. At De Basis, we understand that every child is unique and develops in their own way. Our experienced and qualified pedagogical staff provide undivided attention and care, ensuring your child quickly feels at home. We work with familiar faces in each group, which creates trust for both child and parent. Our outdoor playground is equipped with animals and a vegetable garden, where children have daily contact with nature and animals. We believe in the importance of outdoor play and learning. Children explore and discover the world around them through their own investigations. We offer bilingual childcare, speaking both Dutch and English without either language being preferred. This naturally stimulates your child's language development. Our daycare is a certified VVE (pre-school education) location. Our staff are trained in pre-school and early education with special attention to language development. We work with theme-based activities tailored to different ages, including singing, reading, crafts, and games. Your child receives complete care with us: food and drinks, diaper changes, and rest or sleep. We take complete care of everything - you only need to bring an extra set of clean clothes.
