Welcome to BSO Bloem at Cornelis Florisstraat 25 in Breda-Noord. We are part of Kinderopvang Bloem Breda B.V., a small-scale organisation that has been providing sustainable and organic childcare in a homely atmosphere for many years. Our after-school-care location on Cornelis Florisstraat is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 150949108 and offers places for up to 30 children aged 4 to 12. At BSO Bloem, a safe and familiar environment is central, where children can unwind after school while discovering new things at the same time. We deliberately keep our groups small so that every child receives the attention they deserve. Our pedagogical staff take the time to listen to what the child has experienced that day and tailor activities to their interests and energy level. Sustainability runs through everything we offer: whenever possible we choose organic and eco-friendly materials, healthy food and outdoor activities. The location has a cosy indoor space and a secure outdoor area where children can play, move and relax. We regularly organise trips in the neighbourhood, to the forest or the petting farm; for this we use our own ‘Bloembus’, the cargo bike or public transport.
