Daycare Elmo, part of the trusted Bert & Ernie organization, is located in the heart of Vlierden at Galileïstraat 1. For 27 years we have been a household name in the region, providing small-scale, homely childcare for children aged 2.5 to 4 years. In our cozy building we create a warm environment where your child feels safe and at home. Our Elmo location specifically focuses on the toddler group, working with a maximum of 13 children per day. This small-scale character allows us to give each child the personal attention they deserve. Our experienced pedagogical staff guide the children in their development with great patience and love. We work with a clear daily schedule where structure and regularity are central, giving children peace and confidence. At Elmo, learning through play is central. We offer daily activities such as crafts, reading aloud, singing and outdoor play. Our spacious and bright play area is equipped with various developmental materials that connect with the toddler experience. At least twice a day we go outside - whether to play on our own playground, watch sheep in the area, or take a trip to the forest or the large playing field in front of the door. We attach great importance to the transfer between home and childcare. Parents are actively involved in their child's development and we are always open to consultation. Our location is included in the National Childcare Register and meets all legal requirements.
