Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Bert en Ernie, a trusted name in Vlierden and surrounding areas for 27 years. Our location at Einsteinstraat 6c provides a homely and safe environment where children aged 0 to 4 discover and develop through play. We operate three clearly defined groups: a baby and toddler group for children from 10 weeks to around 2 years, a toddler/preschool group for children aged 1.5 to 4 years, and a special 3-plus group focused on school preparation activities. Our baby and toddler group accommodates up to 16 children with four childcare professionals. The preschool group also has space for 16 children with three regular staff members. In our 3-plus group, up to 13 children work with one or two professionals, depending on attendance. This structure ensures appropriate stimulation and rest for each age group. The outdoor world is central to our approach. We go outside at least twice daily: on our own playground, the large playing field in front, or on trips to see sheep or explore the woods. In good weather, we spend the entire day outdoors. We read stories, sing songs together, and provide craft and play activities. Our youngest children find peace and security, while older children can express themselves in our spacious, bright playroom filled with developmental materials. We are registered in the National Childcare Register and meet all legal requirements.
