Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Berenhuis, Kindcentrum Montis in Gemonde. We are located at St. Lambertusweg 112A and are part of Kindcentrum Montis, where education, childcare, upbringing and development come together in one place for children aged 0 to 13. Our location specifically focuses on children from 0 to 4 years old. At our daycare, children aged 0 to 4 play together in a fixed core group. This vertical group structure strengthens the bond between siblings, younger children learn a lot from older children, and older children enjoy helping younger ones. The daily routine follows a fixed, recognizable rhythm that provides structure and clarity for young children. We ensure minimal disruption so that all conditions are present for optimal development. We offer both full and half-day care. For children aged 2 to 4, we have toddler arrangements on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 08:30 to 12:00. Development through play is central. Our pedagogical staff observe what engages children, notice where interests lie and proactively respond to these. We work with the Early and Preschool Education (VVE) methodology Uk en Puk to stimulate language development and strengthen children's resilience and self-confidence. Kinderdagverblijf Berenhuis is part of Stichting Kinderopvang Berenhuis and collaborates with Basisschool Sint Lambertus and BSO Bolderburen within Kindcentrum Montis. Together we are committed to targeted cooperation to create optimal development opportunities in a safe, social and stimulating environment.
