Welcome to Day-care Beregoed – Speeltuin location, right in the lively heart of Hoek van Holland. Since 2007 we have been offering children aged 0 to 4 a safe and stimulating second home at Prins Hendrikstraat 144d. Our building sits next to the large water playground and only a stone’s throw from a charming petting farm—perfect for daily adventures. We organise children in horizontal age groups so that every developmental stage receives the right care and attention. Babies enjoy calm sleeping corners, individual bottle feeds and gentle cuddle moments. Toddlers and pre-schoolers fill their day with playful learning: building with large blocks, singing during circle time, running across our spacious outdoor yard or practising new words while exploring the garden. Both full-day and half-day care are available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., giving parents the flexibility they need. At Beregoed we believe that being outdoors is the best lesson plan. We regularly head out: visiting the chickens at the farm, collecting shells on the beach or playing in the nearby park. These excursions spark curiosity, develop motor skills and strengthen social abilities. Indoors, large windows and fresh colours create a homely atmosphere, while our experienced pedagogical staff follow each child at his or her own pace. We implement Early Childhood Education (VVE) so that pre-schoolers already become familiar with language, numeracy and cooperation through play. In short, at Day-care Beregoed – Speeltuin location children find a safe haven to grow, play and learn. We take time for a cuddle, a story or a discovery tour and turn every day into a small adventure.
